Little Bay Houses

Order Architects were involved in the original bid by developers Stockland for the Landcom (Urban Growth) Prince Henry site at Little Bay. This culminated in production of various new housing typologies including small lot L shaped houses and a number of terrace houses with rear loaded garaging and associated landscape courtyards designed by Melissa Wilson Landscape Architects. In 2010 this scheme was a Finalist in the Randwick City Council Urban Design Awards.
