Paddington House

The original 1860’s two room workers cottage and adjoining shop were converted into a compact cottage with a sensitively design first floor addition with large glazed and protected areas bringing in light and creating a seamless flow from interior to exterior. The cottage won a Housing Industry Association award for Australian National Builders in 2011.
